These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Redu mobile application operated by SRL "CREATIVE CRAFTS" (IDNO: 1021600036940). By using Redu, you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Redu, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.
2. Description of Service
Redu is a free price-comparison application that aggregates publicly available promotional information from retailers in the Republic of Moldova. The app allows users to browse deals, compare prices, track price history, and create shopping lists.
3. Price Information
Prices and promotional offers displayed in Redu are sourced from publicly available retailer data. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that prices are current, complete, or error-free. Always verify prices at the point of sale. Redu is not responsible for pricing discrepancies between the app and actual store prices.
4. No Affiliation with Retailers
Redu is an independent application. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any retailer whose information appears in the app. Retailer names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to: reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application; use automated systems to scrape or extract data from the app; use Redu for any unlawful purpose; or attempt to interfere with the app's proper functioning.
6. Intellectual Property
The Redu application, including its design, code, features, and content (excluding retailer data), is the intellectual property of SRL "CREATIVE CRAFTS". You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the application without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
Redu is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SRL "CREATIVE CRAFTS" shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the application.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue Redu at any time without prior notice. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it from your device.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Chișinău, Republic of Moldova.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of Redu after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
